Wear Your Legacy

For twenty-five years we have cut, stitched and finished formal shirts, trousers, kurtas and sherwanis for men across the world — one measurement, one customer, at a time.

Years Of Craft

Started At One Cutting Table

JHAVIO opened as a single cutting table in 1999, stitching formal shirts for men who wanted a fit their fathers never had. Word travelled before advertising ever did.

Twenty-five years on, the workshop has grown, but the method has not changed. Every collar is cut to a customer’s own measurements, every sherwani finished by hand, every trouser hemmed only after it has been tried, not guessed.

Two Wardrobes, One House

One for the working week, one for the days that matter most — cut by the same hands.

Four Steps, Unchanged Since 1999

01 Measure

Every order starts with a chart of your own numbers, kept on file for next time.

02 Cut

Fabric is chalked and cut by hand against your chart, not a standard block.

03 Stitch

Panels are assembled by tailors who specialise in one garment only.

04 Finish

Buttons, embroidery and pressing come last, checked against your measurements.

What began as one shop now ships from the same workshop to five continents.

“My father taught me to cut a collar before he taught me to read a price list. Twenty-five years later, we still measure the customer before we measure the profit.”
